General Troubleshooting

App issues:

  • Do you have the most recent version of the Anchor app?
  • Is your devices software completely up to date?
  • Does a reinstall of the app and a reboot of your device do the trick?
  • Are you connected to the internet?
  • Have you tried a different network connection?
  • Try force closing the app and re-opening it

Anchor website issues:

  • Is your browser completely updated to the newest version?
  • Have you tried a private or incognito version of the browser?
  • Have you tried other browsers to see if it's a browser specific issue?
  • Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
