How do I reset my password?
You can send yourself a password reset email by clicking "Forgot password?" from the bottom of the login page on your mobile device or from Anchor.fm.
I sent myself a password reset email but I haven't received the email. What's wrong?
If you haven't received the email it could be that you inserted the incorrect email address into the password reset page and your Anchor account is actually linked to Anchor email address. It could also be that you email address is misspelled in our system so you are not receiving the email. If you think this might be the case, contact us so we can help you get back in.
How do I delete my Anchor account?
To delete your Anchor account you can click here while logged into your account. You'll just need to confirm by clicking "Yes, delete my account".
When I log into my account I'm brought to a blank account. What is going on?
Oops! It looks like somewhere along the way you created a duplicate account and you are logging in to the duplicate account and not your original Anchor account. To get back to your original account make sure you are logging in using the same log in method that you used when you first created your account. (If you created it using email and password, use email and password. If you created it using Facebook, make sure you are trying to log in again using Facebook, etc).

How many podcasts can you have on one account?
You can only have one account per email address. It is currently not possible to toggle from one account to the other. In order to have multiple podcasts you will need to create multiple accounts each associated with a different email address and manually log in to each account separately from your Anchor app or Anchor on the web.
Can I make my podcast and/or my Anchor account private?
Unfortunately, we do not support private podcasts or accounts. Your podcast and your account are public.
I want to update my podcast's details. How do I do that?
You can change your podcast details directly from your account. Click into Settings > Update settings when accessing your account on the web. Or from your mobile device, click "Your Podcast" on the bottom right hand of the screen then (...) > Podcast Settings. Here you can change your podcast name, description, category, language, etc. Your settings on the web has more options for you to change. For more information, check out this help article.
I changed some podcast settings and they are not reflecting on external platforms. Why is that?
Changes to your podcast settings (ie. changes in your podcast title, author name, podcast details, etc) can take up to 24 hours to reflect on external platforms. If it hasn't been 24 hours, please give it a little more time to update.
Why am I not receiving my verification email?
If you are not receiving your verification email it could be because there is a typo in your email address. We recommend double checking the email listed in your settings page on Anchor to make sure it is spelled properly. If your email address looks good and you are still not receiving the verification email it could be that the email has bounced. At this point, please contact us so that we can help you further.
Where can I change the email address associated with my Anchor account?
You can change the email address associated with your Anchor account from your settings page on the web or your account settings page on your Anchor app.
My podcast cover art isn't uploading to my account. Why?
Make sure that your cover art abides by the proper specs. Your image should be a minimum size of 1400 x 1400 pixels and a maximum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels, 72 dpi, in JPEG or PNG format with appropriate file extensions (. jpg, . png), and in the RGB colorspace.
