Sign in with Apple troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble accessing Anchor using Sign in with Apple, you should try signing out of Anchor on your Apple device, and signing in again.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:

  1. Open Settings, then tap your name
  2. Tap 'Password & Security'
  3. Tap 'Apps Using Your Apple ID'
  4. Tap 'Anchor'
  5. Tap 'Stop Using Apple ID'

On your Mac:

  1. Click the Apple menu, then click 'System Preferences'
  2. Click Apple ID, then choose 'Password & Security'
  3. Click 'Edit'
  4. Click 'Anchor'
  5. Click 'Stop Using Apple ID'

On the web

  1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page
  2. Go to the Security section
  3. Go to Apps & Websites using Apple ID
  4. Click 'Manage'
  5. Click 'Anchor'
  6. Click 'Stop Using Apple ID'

Note that this process will not delete your Anchor account. It will simply log you out of your account across your devices. Once you’ve signed out, you can retry signing into Anchor using the same Apple ID.
