If upon creating an Anchor account, you are not receiving your verification email it could be due to a couple factors. Please make sure you have completed the following steps in order to receive your email.
- Search your inbox for an email from email@example.com as the sender.
- Check your spam folder or other special folders for the email. It may have routed to a folder other than your inbox.
- If you are logged into your Anchor account, check the email address associated with your Anchor account (this can be found in your settings) to make sure there are no spelling errors in the email address.
