.mp3 Download Capability

It would be awesome if Anchor added the ability to download the audio recordings as a .mp3 file. Right now, they are automatically downloaded as a .mp4, and this can make it challenging to edit the audio/add in effects using third party audio editing tools. This change would make it easier to work with the recorded audio and use in our podcasts!
