Sponsorship ads for other country Podcasters like India

Hey folks, I know its not pressing issue for Podcasters in US but this feature will obviously help other country podcaster to improve more and do more. For example I am from India and if I could earn some money while doing Podcasts it will help me to more content to my viewers, which will in time grow more. I want to request you guys to enable this sponsorship feature for other country Podcasters too who are trying hard to make their way.

im not a U.S.-based podcaster but i do have a U.S. social security number, am i elegible for monetization? im located in latin america.
