Anchor Music and Talk Volume levels

Is it possible to some how normalise the volume levels between the music and the conversation?

I find myself spending a lot of time trying to balance the volume so that you don't have to turn down the music and turn up the conversation in playback. Mostly I think I get it right but it is tricky to determine! I edit in Garageband and Ableton Live currently, and I have to export a section, upload to Anchor and try and gauge it next to a song. Even so sometimes the levels come out very different on Spotify after uploading.
