Suggested increasing episode number, based on previous one

When adding a new episode we have an "Episode" field to fill, it would be nice if that field suggest us the "current episode number", based in the last episode added...

For example, if the las one was the 18th episode, when adding a new one anchor will suggest to add 19th there (if you want to add another thing you can delete it, and put whatever you want)
